Instructions

Step 1

Prepare 2 pounds of meat by cutting into appropriate pieces. Create a marinade with 1/4 cup of oil, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, 2 cloves of minced garlic, salt, pepper, and spices. Marinate meat for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
