Instructions
Step 1
Cut 1.5 pounds of meat into chunks and season with salt, pepper, and spices. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large pot and brown the meat on all sides for about 5-7 minutes.

- 2.00 tablespoons vegetable oil

- 1.00 teaspoon spices
Step 2
Add 1 chopped onion, 2 cloves of minced garlic, and vegetables. Cook for 5 minutes until vegetables begin to soften. Add 4 cups of broth or water and bring to a boil.

Step 3
